The tally is human
Human tallies contain human votes only. AI panels are labeled forecasts and are never counted. One discovered synthetic vote would end this institution, so there are none, ever.
Pending cases are forecasts
Cases pending before real courts are treated as forecasts, never as judgments. We predict outcomes; we do not pronounce them.
Real people
No private individuals. No minors' details beyond what the public record requires, handled with dignity. Historical cases, public proceedings, and public figures only.
The record is honest
Juror data is consented. Corrections are published, never silently made. Our misses publish next to our hits, because that habit is the reason anyone cites us.
